Terms of service

1. Contract Formation

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed by email or when the goods are dispatched.

2. Prices, Taxes, and Customs Duties

All prices displayed in the online store are final prices and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), where required by law.

In certain cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the customer.

3. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time is generally up to 4 weeks. Any delays will be communicated to the customer promptly.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Transfer of Risk:
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

a) Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided a valid reason is given, such as:

  • Incorrect or damaged delivery
  • Clearly unsuitable size (after prior consultation)
  • Product not matching the description

b) Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Used or incomplete returns
  • Opened hygiene products
  • Custom-made or personalized items

c) Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, complete, and properly packaged
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery

d) Refunds / Store Credit

If a return is accepted:

  • Exchange or store credit may be issued
  • Refunds are granted only in cases of defects or non-delivery

6. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

Applicable law shall be Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the store.
